Ingleton Climbing Wall
Ingleton Climbing Wall is primarily a training gym for competent climbers/boulderers, you are required to register as such before being allowed access to the wall (please see details below on how to register). The wall is usually UNSTAFFED and it is NOT possible to just turn up for an instructed session during opening hours. However, we’d be happy to organise a taster/family session or roped climbing induction class for you with some notice. Since reopening, things have changed a little. In addition to all the improvements we’ve made within the wall during closure, we have also updated our membership and door entry systems. So we require ALL existing and new members to re-register BEFORE visiting us. To register, simply follow the step by step guidance below:
EXISTING MEMBERS/PRE-PAID FOB HOLDERS
Step One – Click on the ‘REGISTER NOW’ link below to be directed to our members login page.
Step Two – Register – ‘Sign Up’ by selecting your current membership type, enter your personal details and complete our T&C’s and Digital Waiver form.
Step Three – Updating Your Fob – Once you have completed registration, we just need to assign your existing fob to your new account (your fob will not work until this process is complete). We can do this remotely. Next time you visit the wall, give us a call and we will prompt you to touch the door reader with your current fob and then assign it to your new account. That’s it, you’ll now be able to use the wall as before. We will update your new account with any previous membership payments, adding time lost during the closure period / remaining pre-paid fob credits.
NEW MEMBERS/OCCASIONAL USERS

Step Two – Register – ‘Sign Up’ by selecting ‘Pay as you Go’, enter your personal details and complete our T&C’s and Digital Waiver form (For those wishing to start a membership, please get in touch with us after registering as a ‘Pay as you Go’ user. We can then arrange your new membership and provide you with a fob).
Step Three – Payment – For ‘Pay as you Go’ users, please pay for your session BEFORE visiting the wall. This can be done here on our site by selecting ‘Prices’ from the dropdown menu and choosing ‘Single Session’.
Step Four – Gain Entry – Once you’ve registered and paid for your session, please give us a call when you arrive at the climbing wall and we can open the door for you.
Until recently it was ably run by Inglesport outdoor shop but now the wall is under the management of another Ingleton company: Cave and Canyon UK and with that a fresh approach to re-establish Ingleton Wall as an integral part of climbing in the North West.
